Care Instructions

Suede:

Brushing is key to maintaining suede's appearance. Use a suede brush, which has soft bristles, to gently brush the nap (the fuzzy surface) in one direction to remove dirt and revive the texture.

For light stains, try using a suede eraser to buff out the mark.

For tougher stains, you can try a suede cleaner. Always test the cleaner in an inconspicuous area first to make sure it doesn't damage the suede.

Suede is not water-resistant, so avoid getting it wet. If your suede item does get wet, blot up the moisture with a clean, absorbent cloth and let it air dry naturally away from heat.

We recommend using a suede protector spray to help repel water and stains.

When in doubt professionally dry clean.

Leather:

Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt periodically.

Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. Don't rub, as this can spread the stain.

Avoid exposing leather to direct sunlight. Store leather items in a cool, dry place.

Avoid contact with grease, oil, and ink. If you get a stain, treat it immediately with a leather cleaner designed for that type of stain.

Give your bag some TLC to maintain the suppleness and luster. Use a leather conditioner every few months.

When in doubt professionally dry clean.

Hair on Hide:

For light dirt or spills, use a damp (not wet) cloth with a mild soap solution. Wipe gently in the direction of the hair growth. Avoid soaking the hide or using harsh chemicals.

Use a soft brush to occasionally brush the hair on your bag. This will help keep the hair untangled and remove any lingering dirt. Brushing should also be done in the direction of the hair growth.

Blot up any spills with a clean, absorbent cloth to minimize spreading. Use a damp cloth with a mild soap solution to clean the affected area.

For tougher spills like grease or lipstick, consult a professional leather cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents on your bag.
